I have bought 1 kanal file in z block. I was on the short visit to pakistan so i paid 65.50 plus all other dues. I bought as i heard that the location of z block has changed and now it is inside somewhere in the rest of the phase 8. Kindly share your expert opinion, suggestions and advises.Thanks is advance

I got this information from my property dealer. He said phase 8 is gated community if they make Z block across the road then the concept of gated phase 8 is ruined that’s why they moved it somewhere inside the phase 8. Please share your information as I am not living in Pakistan.
Now thats a good news to hear as i was getting uncomfortable with my investment in Phase 8 Z block. Although i pointed out this aspect in my earlier posts and even started a discussion on Phase 8 Z block that its location is not known hence it should be degraded because of probable location.
If it comes inside phase 8 main blocks then a huge jump in the prices can be expected.
I am also having 2 files of 10 marla each in DHA Phase 8 Z block. I had started to think to sell these file. But if these news are true, i will keep these files.

Yes, dont sell the file as of yet and let the dust to clear, RIght now you will only get a profit of 4 to 5 lacs but if the news was true, prices will jump sharply and will be close to other blocks of phase 8 as the balloting is close too.
