DHA Lahore has announced the possession of Phase-7 (Q, R, S, T and U blocks). Plot holders can file possession request from 14th February.
Furthermore; DHA also announced the possession of Phase-11 Halloki Gardens. Plot holders can file possession request from 14th February.
It looks like valentine gift from DHA.
Congratulations to the plot holders of Phase-7 and Halloki Gardens.
Now they can construct their dream homes straight away. Plot prices will also increase on solid grounds.
Furthermore; as per my information, DHA main office will be shifted to Phase-6 within 2014. It will substantially increase the business activity and flow of people towards Phase-6 & Phase-7.
The possession of remaining blocks like v, x, y, z and p is expected early next year. Development is going on the lower parts of phase-7 as well as new cuttings area.

R, W, S blocks and upper side of P block are considered best right now. One kanal price would 105 lacs to 120 lacs. Once Punjab Govt starts work on knowledge city (construction of foreign universities campuses as planned) then Y & Z block will be considered best as well because knowledge city area (dhera chaal) is situated alongside Y & Z blocks.

On 9th May 2014, Six international universities from UK & USA signed MOU with govt of Punjab regarding establishing their campuses in knowledge Park Lahore during the road show to promote knowledge park.
As per Rana Mashood (Education Minister), Punjab govt will give advertisement in newspaper for EOI for International consultants to build Knowledge Park within next one week. He further said, 50-crore allocated in this budget for this project this year.
It would be the best education facility available in whole South Asia.
Can anyone please advise whats the current status?
