There is going to application submission for dha lahore phase 1 to 5. Application is starting from 15 october.
Some plots are in odd shape while others are at the edge of dha and some are near ruhi nala.
1kanal form price is 15000rs
10 marla form is for 10000rs
And 1 form is for only one plot.
What do experts think about this?
Should people go for it or not?
I heard its only a scam to get money via application form submission. And only 2% to 3% of total plots will be allocated to civilians.
289 total plots be carefull the max is you will get few lac gains on current prices but as you mentioned about location may be its not worth it to even give time. Better to invest in Dha Bahwalpur which is signiling a near boom
