Dha islamabad phase 5 - which sector to buy

Following up on my previous thread, i visited islamabad on the weekend. I spent 4-5 hours in dha phase 5. My plan was to buy a 1 kanal plot in block p (now block f) as suggested by some members.

After looking at the options, some people suggested to buy plot in block m (now block c). The price difference between m and p is around 1 million and it's more developed with some houses already being built. Water, gas is available there. And it's closer the to main commercial area.

I also checked block n (now d) which is being developed now as a lot of work was going on there. It's location is quite good as well right next to dha expressway but it will take more time to be habitable.

So i need suggestion from the experts which sector is better. Sector a and b (old sector k and l) are already a little high in price so i can't buy there. I need suggestion between sector m, n and p keeping in mind a budget of around 10 million.

From what i have researched, M seems better than P unless i'm missing something

I think P is better option.

Any particular reason for that? It seems a bit away. Plus it's not developed as much. Sector M already has some houses being built.

I have had recommendation for P sector before. I just wanted to make sure what's the main advantage in Sector P apart from slightly lower price (compared to Sector M)

Reasons

1:Less price if you compare with L or M.

2:Natural land and less filling.

3:At height

4:Location at right of Dha expressway.

5:Q is at front.

6:Dha-5 most commercial will be around P block.

wht is the possession status of different blocks.
wht is the developmental status and how much time frame for being liveable.
