Dhai has announced 4 marla plots in d block, and 5, 5.5 marla plots in h block. What are the pros and cons or cost benefit?

Its quick installments, within a year you have to pay 2-2.70 crore for these plots.

Location is not good for D sector .... Its on extreme one side next to apartments ,...
