Sir in my view point there will be hardly any effect of freezing the accounts as dha is run by one of the most powerful and respectable organisation of pakistan and issue will be sorted out soon.Business will remain as usual.
Yes but freezing the dha account will definitely affect both dha and bahria . If not for longtime but for some time period, the prices may fall or stay same place. People may hesitate to buy any plot in dha or bahria till the verdict is announced by court in the favor of dha.
Sir prices may come to halt for sometime but it cannot affect bahria and dha.
This is about a different case which is not related to current dhai schemes.
It depends on how serious the case is. If its not that serious - then business as usual. However, if it is serious then prices could take a beating, but then again prices may stay exactly the same and wont rise nor drop.

Sir they cannot do any thing about those business man…Only people with black money can be inquired by fia. And there are many other reasons for the boom in real estate.It is not only due selling the zameen expensive.In my opinion this boom wiil stay and property may rise further after ramadan.

No sir it is not the case…Every one can make transactions there and in my view point issue will be sorted out soon.

Dha should not only pay back the 22 billion but also the interest ( which should be based on the rate of inflation plus an extra few points).
Sir dha have presented the clarification of whole scenario and according to them,deals were made in accordance with rules laid down by the government.Nothing to worry about as dha is administrated by one of the most powerful and respectable organisation of pakistan.
For 22 billion you can buy 300 built houses on 300 kanal land in prime location of islamabad. So eobi was definitely overcharged and it can only be due to corruption and 70% of that money went to malik riaz. Some of the land did not even belong to dha but belonged to cda. Also dha failed to develop most of the land which they were supposed to within 3 months.

Dha failed to develop the area within 3 months like they were supposed to and even took over some land that belonged to cda. Dha should now return the 22 billion along with interest at the rate of inflation for each year plus and extra few points for good measure in order to properly compensate eobi. Also corrupt officials need to be punished simply returning the money back is not enough.
Why is zameen exercising censorship and not allowing free expression.
Dha is a huge project and i don't think so it will effect bahria town until and unless bahria developers are also found to be involved in any sort of scam.

As a side note, does anyone have any idea how this development would affect property prices in Bahria Town Islamabad? Prices have doubled during the past few months there so I want to know what the future holds for Bahria.
Just today, Dunya posted a very positive news report on Bahria. :D So whoever said money can buy everything was apparently right. ;)
