I have found this forum very informative. I bought an affidavit file in DHA Lahore Rahbar sector and after that I got intimation letter from DHA. How can I get allocation letter from DHA and moreover will my file be included in balloting.

Obviously your file will be included in the balloting when possession will be given. This is not initial registration. these are the property files, so it will be included in the balloting process.

One of my friends told me to deposit the membership fee of DHA to get the allocation letter. At the time of purchase I paid the affidavit fee of Rs 6500 It was 5 marla file for DHA Rahbar Sector phase 2. I think the present rate is 1.4 to 1.5 million. However property dealer will confirm
