Dear, i have bought 1 file of one kanal in dha gujranwala, but i have intimation letter only…i want to get allocation letter but dha officials say that there is a delay in land transfer so my allocation letter is not ready.I have two question
1. I hope this issue in land transfer will not put my investment at risk.
2. Can i sale my file without allocation letter.
