The price quoted on olx are 36 lacs for kanal and 22 lacs for 10 marla without development charges.. There is oversupply of housing societies in gujranwala and some are really good societies like DC colony, Canal view, Garden town, Citi housing etc. I don't think this investment can generate good return in short/medium term.
