I have won a 2 marla commerical (secotr shop) plot in dha eme sector also known as dha phase 12. The price of the plot is 95 lac payable in 8 quarterly installments with 10% down payment. Before i put the down payment, i have a few questions. If someone has knowledge regarding dha building rules and regulations please help me answer those questions.
Question 1: if i build a commercial plaza on this 2 marla commerical plot, how many stories high can it be?
Question 2: if more than double story is allowed, can the third and fourth floor be residential flats?
