In long run DHA City Lahore will be a very big winner InshaAllah . I have explained it 100s times since April 2015 already why DHA city Lahore possible gains could be over 200% in next 3 to 5 years for risk takers buying it at todays prices. Risk is not loss of your money. Risk of only 5 percent is a delay in its affairs getting cleared and its location and ballot date announcement etc. Since its now pure military backed DHA Lahore run project so our money is not going to be lost in InshaAllah. I would still recommend buying 5 marla files before 10 marla or one kanal because IF or WHEN it is moved to DHA Lahore phase 9 extension area you will earn more gains. Even on current location 5 marla is easy to buy or sell as more people can afford low budgets. In a phase where more large plots are available small plots get bad locations bit DHA city 75% plots are of small size so your chance of getting only a good 5 marla are much much greater. And gain will be more. Small plots always return bigger.

DHA City Lahore today traded at at 13 to 14.5 lacs for 5 marla and still a lot more buyers than sellers. 95% buyers 5% sellers. Hard to confirm files under 14.15 lacs now. But looking like little possibility to lock deals at 14.5 as of last 30 min. It could go to 15.5 tomorrow or 13.5 lacs only Allah knows.

CMY, how many chances of reverse from current price level and when we should expect balloting.

DHA city very very few files bought and sold in market. Few buyers can take price up 2 lacs and few sellers can take it down 2 lacs.

Rate can go up 2 lacs without single purchase of file when many buyers in market and no files. And can also fall down as fast as it rises when files available and buyers are no where to be found.

One thing must be made clear to all who dream dealers are going to make money in these kind of sharp moves. Noting happens when more buyer or sellers show up. We just have to tell you please wait for file or buyer. DHA city trading is extremely low in numbers so its lot easy to buy sell files in it only when market is dead/dull/slow in DHA City.

Just imagine when 5 transfers a week and 50 buyers show up to buy DHA City files at any what dealers can do. Dealers just cant make new files in their offices :)

Any impact on dha city prices after arrest of dha city project incharge

DHA City is very overpriced ...... Prism extension 5M file prices is around 20 Lac, DHA City 5M current price is 14 lac. The best scenario is if DHA City is merged with prism extension. This will bring the extension price down to 18 lac.

There is now dealers and big investors game going on to bring the price up and then dump on to public before moving on.

STAY AWAY from this project until you know the details of current price hike. Better safe than Sorry.

Wanted to ask for peoples opinion regarding purchasing 5 marla residential file at DHA City now. I mean DHA will sooner or later either adjust the file holders into different society or provide possession. Hence, would it not be a good investment decision to purchase DHA City 5 marla file at current rates which are very low?
