Can you please share your thoughts on future prospect of DHA City? How much long term investment it would be?
I think it is a long long term investment and its future is unknown.In my view if investment like Dha Multan is present in same price,then why one should take risk to invest in Dha City.
I believe money at not risk but will need min 5 more years wait before possession of plots in DHA City Lahore.
Current prices are too low due to bad media for many past years. Now people becoming aware its pure army baked DHA project. This ad today indicates DHA will take care of project on its own and aware of people suffering for many years i this project due to mismanagement and emblazonment by others using DHA name.
