Will be available to built in 2015-16. One road connect it directly on super highway,one from Jinnah avenue to Sharah-e-Faisal and also from Malir Cantt so when trouble you can totally bypass super highway.Better than phase 8 for investment purpose. Rest check on.

How can DHA city is better than Phase 8 which is already developed and near from City.

I agree with Rauf,

How can DHA City can be better then DHA Ph 8 is almost developed. Road maps, Plots cutting, Basic Inftra strcuture as well as an out class location.
