Dha Bahawalpur will prove to be a solid investment.
The plus points are:
A. Dha has been able to buy complete land as one big, rather very big unit. Dha Multan is facing severe problems in acquiring lands and thats why dha multan has land in pockets uptil now, not a bigger unit like bahawalpur.
B. Dha Bahawalpur will have 3 entrances. One from Sadiq Public School side opposite daewoo Terminal. One from Bypass. And one from Airport side.
C. Airport will have direct access distance about 5 to 8 KM
D. At present Bahawalpur has no society that can b compared with future deveoped dha.
E. Land prices in bahawalpur are very high. In ordinary colony at ordinary location rate is 4 lac Marla. Reason, people dont hve option to invest in good colonies like dha. My father has a plot in ordinady location. One kanal. 70 lac.
F. Mostly population in Bwp is landlord or industrialist. They prefer build house in Bahawapur.
G. This South West site of dha is the possiblly good side of city where city can expand.
H. Model Town (the posh area of Bahawalpur) is only 3 km from dha site
