I have one question for you. I understand dha town 9 file is at 39lac and dha 9 proper 10 marla plot if available at 45lacs.
Which one is a good investment? I hold 2 town files and planning to switch to dha prism 10 marla plots c block or r block.
Also what is the actual distance of dha town boundary to the a and c blocks of proper prism please? Will these town files develop at the same time as proper upper blocks such as a and c blocks?
