I have seen on this forum very little of no interest in dha-3. Howz it for investment, especially the area of another society that is merged into it? The price range is from 3million to 5million pkr for 1kanal plots.
Any advise for investment there? Or is there better alternative available in terms of shorter wait period and more pay back comparatively?

Location is not so good and currently zero ground development … That is why people have little interest and low rates…
Yes you are right in terms of actual DHA3 development, but the new pindi society that has been merged with it, dont you think its standard would be equal to the rest of DHA3 when it is developed, so is it not a safe and long term investment in that regard? i mean investment in the new pindi plots where possession is also available.
Any ideas please for 3 million to 5 million investment for 2-3 years?
