Development is going in sector 3. Can someone shed light on the future prospects and the progress of these sectirs?

Its always hard to predict that when will they deliver at all. Only developed area is safe or else its a pure jackpot system.
They start develpment like they did in dha 4 A,B,C and still few machines are moving since 7 yr.
You never know when they stop work at all and put machinery somewhere else.
