Hi experts,
I need a suggestion, should i invest in dha-3 allocation file (d&e sector only) or bahria phase-8 in p sector.
My budget is 8-9 million and i am more inclined in kanal plots.
I can wait for 5 years.

Always believe on ground things especially in Bahria and Dha.Bahria Phase-8 Block-P is 100 time better option than Dha 3 allocation files.P is reality and on ground developed with possession and your second option is still in air.Always believe on ground plots and don't trust Dha or Bahria files system.Files are always gambling .Many examples are front of you like Dha-4,Dha Phase-2 Ext and Valley act.Don't compare between on ground plots and even golden files.

Between these two, I would second nadeem Sb. Possession Plot have no comparison with the file of any brand.

Go for dha phase 3 , 10 marla for 9 million... it would have the same price or kore than your options

Sir ji, DHA Phase 3 ki files main generally investment recommended nahi hai. Sure you can wait for 5 years but why not wait for something better? I don’t care for Bahria at all but if its a possession option, it’s better than files as the experts above have suggested.
