I would like your assessment of a 50x90 plot in DHA 2 Islamabad Sector K. It is in street 11 and facing park.

How much are you getting …I want to invest so asking
Rates in K block are on it’s peak, minimum price is 75 lacs and maximum is 95, recently i have seen 2 plots being sold in Street 6 which is back open and considered the VIP street, on 94 lacs each.

Thanks Nasir. Usman, Ex Commenrs (K,L,M,N) is now DHA 2 proper. DHA 2 Extension is further on the DHA express way. K,L and M are developed. N is currently being developed - and P will come after N.
