Surprised to know if DHA-2 is a great success, why the commercials in DHA-2 would be the sinking ships?
I mentioned before (Mr. Khan rightly corrected me on like for like on DHA Home commercials) but I am saying now just think of Chaklala scheme-3 having only 900 plots and see the commercial activity there!
DHA-2 having more than 9,000 plots can sure surpass scheme-3 in near future.
Having another shopping unit just beside the existing one is actually a blessing, why?
You make a stand alone commercial at some place, you can expect less business but when another comes right beside your place, both would get double business because market formation would start taking shape.
Count shops on the Muree road having similar items or go Asghar Mall scheme all the way up to Pindora and count the medical complexes.
BT hyper markets are far away from DHA-2 and the area comprising DHA-2/3, BT garden city, BT 1-6, Zaraj, GT road itself, Canyon view townships, DHA-2 extensions is shaping up parallel to the capital.
I wonder why the commercials are going to be sinking ships? I would tag only 2-3 years before these ships would become luxurious ride.
