Deviation from approved covered area plan - home construction

I have approved home plan for 7 marla plot from cantonment board chaklala... However, i want to make some adjustments while construction as those couldn't be made on drawing submitted for approval from ccb due to by-laws. As per law, there is requirement to leave 4 feet open area from at least three sides for 7 marla home plan (doing so will leave nothing left ). I want to utilize back side for washrooms. Can anyone guide me what are the implications if there is violation from approved plan? They will charge me for that or demolish etc?? Please keep in mind, i am talking about chaklala cant board area (rawalpindi).

Thank you

Aoa,

I would advise you to follow the map.i personally dont think that societies like chaklala would go for fines. You might have demolish it costing you money and time.

In 7 marlas there is only 4/5 feet at the back and front.Never heard of any space on the sides in 7 marla. You need to have this double checked because i agree with you than you will have hardly 5 marla space left.......

Try to have a look around in your area and see if you can find any other house who has violated and ask them for guidance.
