- Tax Evasion and Asset Beyond Means, as per official declaration in nomination documents: NS, IK, AZ, and hell lot of others.
- Irregularised Land: MR, IK etc. etc.
- Labelled as Ghaddar: NS, IK, Fatimah Jinnah, etc. etc.
- Convicted: Dar, Tareen, Dr. Asim, etc.
- Wanted: Pervaiz Elahi, SS, Babar Awan, etc. etc.
- Then Patwari & Jialas and now Honorable Ministers as Messiahs: Info. Minister, IT Minister, Foreign, Petro, Defense, Defense Prod., Provincial Coordination, Law, Religious, Housing and Works, Railways, Planning, Energy, Climate Change, Commerce etc., etc.
I would like, if someone enlighten my ignorance about what to call the above? In above list, kindly help me select the Patwaris and the Messiahs. Especially the last one (list of Hon Misters) that transformed themselves (overwhelming majority), just before elections from being a Patwari to the Messiahs of the nation!!

Its the team that matters, be it the world cup or politics. You cant curse match fixers, then have likes of Salman Butt and Asif and then claim that till Semi-final you will use such fixers as they are necessity and then will play the knockout with new ones while throwing the fixers out. To me, cleansing comes first before the filth starts to rotate the cleaner one too.

Basically it is frustration which is speaking up in our inner selves.
We see other countries prospering in all directions whereas Pakistan was way ahead than those countries sometime in the past.
Fortunaty there is little hope now, not only because of Imran but the fact that our army, supreme court and investigation agencies SEEM to be on one page and Imran Khan has to level with even if he does not want to be (personally I think if a man declines billions of euros on divorce settlement, we can expect from him what is being expected).

The way our country is going, only business is the solution if one wants a good living, good kid's schools and respectable living in society.
Just keeping Rs in bank is not a wise decision at all.
When it comes to business, property based investment is probably the best both for expats (only option for expats) and residents.
But you have to work around the small margins!
We normally hold plots if price is rising thinking that it will still rise ...a very bad style in property business!
Just sell on small margins and immediately invest in other place.
I adopted same style, my close buddies laughed at me, but With The Grace Of Allah, I am now in a good shape.Two small projects done and one residential and one commercial ongoing. The commercial fully booked amid the slow situation in property market.
Wherever our monkeys take the country, people still need bread even not buttered.

Sohail Khan, inshaAllah thank you. Whats disappointing is the people who looted the country are still roaming free not a penny recovered from them. The new government is incapable and incompetent, reason is they have frozen businesses, the common man is suffering.

Its important to give time also, we cannot imagine how much shit they have around to put the things on track, it seems incompetent currently as we cannot see the direction very clear but in fact it is on few areas.
Another thing that I was badly struck was Regi Model Town Peshawar, till almost one decade it was dead horse, but in last one and half year the prices there jumped by 150-200%. Meaning to say, all devaluation etc got recovered in small time. In property business time is the biggest healer in most of time.
Inshallah good time will come shortly and this time will be consistent.

In 2011-12 the five marla plot in hayatabad was ranging from 25 lac to 30 lac..... now the prices of those plots are 70 to 100 lac...........
In regi lalma in 2011-12, the five Marla plot in zone 3 was around 11 lac, now the price of those plots are 55 lac.......
