Demerits of living in bani gala

I am planning to buy a house in bani gala . All i want is a peaceful place with good access to core areas of isl. The rest seems to be out of range. Prices in bani gala are quite reasonable. People have a lot of complaints regarding its drainage system. Can somebody give an honest opinion. Currently i live in rwp cantt abid majeed road and tired of this 24/7 rush and road and street blockages in muharram (not just 9th and 10th its almost everyday and occasionally round the year) ps: pls say no to areas towards rawat like dha bahria river garden pwd. With the new airport these areas have really lost their charm and are also very distant from main isl

It depends on location to location in BG. Its developing fast, for sure and is actually a next big thing of the coming decade or half of it. Areas that developed spontaneously had, are having, and will have issues with consumption Water, Gas, Drainage etc.

True that BT RWP and adjacent areas not as charming for investment as they used to be, reasons are obvious that those areas almost fully developed and saturated coupled with facts that now investments are being parked elsewhere.

On a similar note:
Not to forget the fact that considering the quality of amenities (majority of them) are still very popular for end buyers. With unfortunate rise in issues like Gas/Electricity/Water shortage, they are still prime examples of well populated and with almost no noticeable issues.

Time have prove that the classical formulation Location, Location, Location has been evolved into Location + Quality of Living.

As far as investment potential and future development BG for sure has more scope than other options that are investment saturated. In current and forthcoming era, alongside domestic use power and fuel water is the most critical asset and in longer run societies/areas will thrive that have better availability and management of these resources!
