One of my relative purchased a plot "30 × 60" in sector i-14/3 (plot no. 986) in 2005. Last week he went to some estate agent to sell his plot, the estate agent showed him the map and plot # 986 on map is 25 x 50, while on the allotment letter the size is 200sq yards. The estate agent told me that your plor is deleted and your plot can't b sold. In addition estate agent told him that this has happened to many people in the past and no way out.
I can't understand how can a government deptt. Do such blunder with allottees.
Expert opinion is requested what can b done to come out of this situation?
Thanks
I am a bit concerned after hearing it I also have a lot of my stake in i14.Can any body tell what’s truly going on there
Typical CDA woes
Well rates are going down in I-14,15,16 plus I-11 and I-12. This happens in CDA, and mostly in these sectors, but i think they should contact CDA, their might be a way of compensation. Before buying in these sectors one must check the each and everything thoroughly, plus people are shifting their investment from New CDA sectors to Private Housing Schemes such as Bahria Town, DHA , Multi, they give all the basic facilities like Gas, Electricity and Water which CDA lacks.
What is the price of 7 marla plot located on double road of i14/2 plot is leveled and pindi facing.
