I am interested to purchase 5 marla defence residency flat located near to dha gate 2 , currently its not very populated but i think after 5 years this will be good place to live and value will increase current price of the flat is 5 million , do you guys thing i should invest in this ,,pls. Advise especially saadi bahi who is dha expert.

Invest with your eyes closed. The trend for flats is improving and you will have a great flat in DHA 2 next to the WTC if you have a 5 year horizon. This is one of those investments that you buy for life.
I have heard that construction quality of defense residency is not very good, in fact its absolutely average construction quality,pipes are hanging here and there ,typical Pakistani “Thekedar” work ,so be very careful before purchase.
