Can you make a home in 15-20 foot deep plot? How much are the extra cost in 1 kanal house if the plot is 15-20 feet deep?
Well I am not an engineer but a builder, and I guess you will have to do landfilling to enable you to make basement, proper compaction of the soil, and rafting etc, you would have to get rates from digging and filling folks(mostly afghanis who happen to have Pakistani CNICs who have excavators, and many Pakistanis too), and my very wild guess is, it would be any where around 2-4 lacs just for the soil and compaction.
Maybe someone with an experience in such a deep plot work can tell better...
A rough estimate would be the full cost of atleast 1 storey if not more.
Dont go for filling it will be very costly and yet not as solid as the proper land.
The best option is go for basement. It will be costly but what other /better choice do u have.
It depends on your requirements and budget...As both ways possible and workable. No issues at all.

20 feet is so much deep and two storey basement will be construct on this site. Filling is not in option. It will cost you too much. Because the foundation of the building start from the NSL. If your 20 deep plot is open from back side than two basement is very good option.
