Huzaifa sb.Never buy open land if you are an overseas Pakistani.Only invest in safe and sound projects by the reliable housing authorities such as dha bahria etc.

Huzaifa sb here u have to do thorough research while investing in any phase as every project of them is also not worth it to invest so one should have an extensive legwork before moving for such deals.Secondly LDA and CDA specific investments are good,every phase of them is not good to go.
