Not true about prices…Prices are more or less same as 10 marla was never 10.5 million some weeks back.They were and still they are roaming between 1.5 to 1.8 crores.This article is written by someone planted.
Lets see .i mean it takes some time for fire to spread .the article is written 1day ago .people might not be aware of this news.After 2/4 days we would have clear picture of the outcome .

I read detailed news story in Dawn about CDA chairmain's visit to D-12 and completing development work. Also sui gas supply, access roads and specially sewerage system. He also mentioned strictly about waste disposal.

I have a plot in D-12 which I want to sell. Only difference is that the deals under process has become serious. But no new calls or tsunami of D-12 demand.
It was just a visit like many done before.
Or may be Oil discovered in D-12 by CDA chairman himself and not telling anyone.

Sir these type of news are are nothing new.its old tactics.just visit the place and the uplift work with your own eyes.
Janab one of my friend stated that silently buying in D12 has been started and for sure rates would rise at very high speed becuz this uplift work was about to happen as many big fishes having high stakes in D12 .rest allah knows better

D-12 may be a nice place in future,, but 16-18 lack per Marla at present ,, SO
do you expect after 7 years 35 lack per Marla, if the answer is yes , then its a good investment ,
otherwise its only for scenic lovers[ paposhnagree makhlooq area]
I agree we should not forget price per Marla for investment.

Fahad i think the cost of land in D12 is already very high, so its not good time to invest there.
