D12 basement - noc from side plots if not constructed

Dear members

Trying to get naqsha approved from CDA for my plot with basement. I’m surprised from cda request that noc on affidavit is required from side plot owners even if they have not constructed house yet. They provide little information, cell numbers provided are not working.

Can any body kindly share their experience? Are these really required, i understand if the plots are constructed then one should get it but if not then why it is required.

With no help from cda on contacts, its really tough.

Shahid sb as far as i know,noc is the requirement incase houses are constructwd on adjacent plots.

This is being insisted upon. So trying my best to get these now. One person is abroad, and managed to speak to him. Doing courier to him. For other side, mobile is not working:-( trying to get the address and then pay a visit but seems out of city.

I wish our civic body have mercy and facilitate their members.
