D12 - any good for investment and what are future prospects?

Would be grateful for any advice on the above questions.

For living it is okay but for investment i doubt it has much juice left unless CDA gets up from deep slumber to develop it on modern lines which is obviously next to impossible.

So which sector would you advise ??

From investment perspective,if u want to stay in zone 1,i personally feel that G-13/14 has more juice as compared to D-12 for the fact that metro.is being constructed at good pace and also airport inauguration is in pipelines.

Any fruitful information for coming 6 months about G14/2 ? F-17 ?

For investment point of view and living purpose as well should go for G14/4 or G14/2?

Definitely G-14/4 should be an option with eyes closed.

So Saad is DHA still more lucrative for investment compared to G-13/14 and Top City/Mumtaz City despite Metro?

Paki1.Sir it all depends upon your style and liking for particular type of investment.I think TC MC type private projects should not compared with Dha and Other govt projects because private projects have their own vulnerabilities.I feel dha has established its market quite a lot and it carries a brand value so it doesnt require metro and such things.Yes road expansion is needed and that is what can play a more positive part.I personally feel that yes dha is lucrative because of the amenities and brand value that it offers.It has its own type of customer base due to which activity,whether slow or fast,is always there.Metro alone cannot make sectors lucrative unless some real development is offered inside sectors which is missing in most of the new sectors of zone 1 and societies of zone 2.
