Dear experts,
Echs has recently announced installment plan and balloting for 10m residential plots in block m. The total price is 24lac to be paid over 4 years.
1. What is your opinion regarding short to medium term investment in this scheme? Is there any other better option available on installments in a similar monthly range.
2. Echs lies in islamabad or rwp? Echs layout plan is approved by cda, however, it also has some approval from rwp authorities.

I have similar question. The current price of similar size plots is lower than installments total. Not sure what sort of hike is expected in 4 year time frame as historically the society has not performed very well.

Plz enter with the mind of holding it at least for 5 years... It is not transferable unless you pay the whole amount... Current 10 marla fully paid are available around 20 to 21 lacs. Never thing about short term.
CDA is only up to 17 series sectors in Islamabad.

CDA have approved layout plan of ECHS CDA/PLW-UP(395) so jald he NOC b mil jae ga q k islamabad expand ho raha hai aur 1st step ECHS pura kar chuka hai :)
Secondly 4 years installment par plots hai my dear khan sb job holder k liye best hai uss time tak rates 20-25 ni rehnay :)
So it's a safe good return investment everyone should consider it
