Hi all,

Do you recommend buying a 5-6 marla plot in d-12 for future living ? It has been a long time i have been to d-12. How does the sector look like ? Any possession issues or general issues that some body would like to highlight.

Waheed sir the sector looks the same like the 2 decades old pind and the plight is much the same when the land was acquired.No considerable changes when it comes to development.The only good factor is its proximity to margala hills but in my opinion,one cannot compromise on amenities just to have the hilly view.Just my two cents.
