What is the best option for living among 5 marla d-12, 4 marla g-13, 5 marla g-14/4 or 7 marla g-15?

For immediate living G-15 looks better... In long run, may be after 10 years, D-12 will be a good sector due to its location very close to Margalla Hills.
Currently, the only advantage G-13/ 14 have of location very close to Kashmir Highway and central Islamabad.

G-15 is better in terms of development and maintenance when compared to G-13/-14… G-13/14 may pani ka bahut bara masla hy… G-13/ 14 has location advantage (it will remain for ever)… Otherwise, living standard is pathetic… After construction of interchange/ flyover at Tarnol chowk, G-15 access will improve.

I think G/13 is better but the entry cost is way too high at this stage. Moreover, recently they have started carpeting the roads which was long delayed and also started installing street lights etc. It will soon come into shape and as comment by other experts above, the access is a primary advantage for the time being. Not sure how it will be in future i.e. Interchange etc but whatever happens, it will still remain the closet sector to city center.
Junaid sb, G-13/ G-14 junction on Golra Chowk will have an interchange as per current proposal.

Is there any chances that G-15 in future get access from kashmir highway link road to motorway? I heard that G-15/16 will get access from that road?
Yes, possibility is very much there…
Also work on metro to the new airport is going to up the prices in G 13 & 14, I guess.
