As this is my first question at zameen.Com and hopefully gurues will reply and answer the question.
The cvt on residential plots is 0% below 999 sq.Ft.Of land area. And 2% at land area between 1000-2199 sq.Feet & 2.5% on above land area.. Is it correct? And what cvt rates apply on different commercial sizes?
