Well what I know about BE is that their phase 1 is fully ready for construction that means they have electricity, water and gas etc. Now I would like to know the opinion of experts like Syed Ibrahim & MBS etc. Can we call BE as a success? Is it totally risk free for housing a plot for home by considering it a developed project of Bahria Town? Now even if Malik Raiz goes to jail and Bahria Town flops as an organization can sustain itself like the other developed sectors like BT phase 1-6?

Situation is much better now specially phase 1 is almost developed with all basic facilities, they have already purchased whole land so no issues regarding land, if Malik Riaz goes to jail then it will directly impact on prices only, not on land.
