I am willing to buy a 10 marla house in lahore nearby johar town,pia society,valencia etc,
There was a boom in this area from 2011 to 2015.But as i have received feedback from various of my friends that currently property market is dead but the demand of sellers is still too high.It is also rumored that property rates in these areas may fall in the coming days,so avoid to do purchase right now and wait for 6 to 8 months.
Can someone guide me what to do and are these rumors true..
Buy as soon as possible , if you can not buy today forget into 6-8 months . If your friend said property dead so best time to buy if boom comes what will happen then ??
