Current Profit On Islamabad Orchard

I am a little irritated that the orchards thread has been locked. There was good info posted there.

Can anyone comment on the current profit for a 75 lac booking.

Current profit on 65 lac booking is 10 to 15 lac depending on plot location but overall sale purchase rate is slow and market is quite nowdays everywhere

At this moment buyers are not even paying 6 lacs profit on good plots for 65 lac booking......

Just checked with 5 top dealers in Islamabad....

there is one plot for which profit is as low as 3.5 lac....call Aqeel on 03115725014 for this plot

Nice discussion. I was waiting for this discussion for a long time and it is informative for me. Picture is clear now but I think profit margins are low that`s why people are not more interested. If you buy a land and want construction over there then ameradnan.com is a good place with attractive rates.

Profit is low because investers are struck at Bahria projects, tc/Mc etc

whereas scope of farmhouse is concerned , I think its great but its no more a short term investment but keeping in view the progress at site it has lots of potential...

works at new airport is in full swing, once its done by 2016, the route from farmhouses to new airport shall be so straight and scenic......

I have called this guy Aqeel, he is asking 10 lacs profit for plot 25 in D Block. How come it is 3.5 lacs? Ab aisay to na kero na Hashim Saab.

Well market is slow everywhere once market pick up pace and multi announce about possesion of block C farm houses in July or August as per my information prices will improve .

It's my assessment though and also if multi gives posession In time.

Can someone please guide me to the latest map of these farmhouses if available online so I can understand the blocks.

I called him myself , he is saying its sold :), it was in 300 series may be he was bluffing somebody to get his plot on cheaper rates .

BTW progress on new airport seems great.

The profit on 65 Lac booking varies from location to location, not available in less than 10 lacs and goes up to 15.

The market is quite over all everywhere, as soon as MPCHS starts giving possession, rates will increase.

Plus the progress of New Airport is going good.

I think possession will not be possible even in August. This is mainly because of unexpected and almost continuous spring down pour that has halted development work on Orchards site.

When is possession expected to be handed over in C Block?

Is Rs 56 lakh a reasonable price for a 5 kanal plot in D block. The plot number lies between 344 and 358. Will appreciate sincere advice.

56 lac is lumpsum ? If so it is good price.
