I saw a lot of 5-marlas plots of Bahria Town and DHA phases ads in this site price range is from Rs 4-lacs to 5-lacs, is this the right price or any fraud? I want to buy a plot and my range is also between this mean 4-lacs to 5-lacs.

I have observed that sellers on Zameen website generally put up prices a few lacs higher than actual prices.
This might be the case, MBS but I think taking expert opinion before doing such investments does matter, actually normally 90% of such offers are fraud. Specially in property and vehicle dealings. You can’t trust blindly.

Sellers set the prices. By setting the price a few lacs higher, I guess they leave out the margins for bargains. I know if I ever posted a property for sale, I'd do just that.
