Looking for opinion on maximizing revenue: whether to buy and hold property (and how long), re-selling to an investor, re-selling to a builder, rebuild multi-units ourselves, etc. Short window of time to decide, so looking for a professional opinion to consider at this time. Owner asking price is rs 3.25 crore.
