What is the impact of cpec on islamabad property as it is touching e-18 and d-18 sector on motorway m1 near hakla rest area.
Too early to say anything. I think Zone 2, generally, is up for a rise owing to both the airport and CPEC route.
It also depends on if Islamabad is given any exit point at Hakla connecting point or if, if no exit at Hakla then I don’t see any big rise in prices in surrounding area.
Hakla interchange would change the future of this area, its near E 18. All societies would benefit it.
As per latest google map, I can see a new interchange on AWT, So this has happen, CPEC will touch M1 on Hakla and exit point will be AWT / Paswal interchange.
