The total covered area is ( 2258=18002=3600). You mean that by adding exterior also it would be 7000 sq feet??

Covered area and area of ceilings & walls on which paint is to be applied are different things.If you want area be calculated exactly kind give size of all rooms on both floors

If house is already painted and one coat will suffice then rate of consumption is approx 15 Sq meter per liter
if you are painting newly constructed house then first coat will be 13 Sq meter per ltr and second coat 15 SM per ltr
