Is it not possible to obtain a rough estimate of the average cost per square metre based on your own past experiences? I need an estimate, not an exact figure.
Suppose we are using some of the best quality materials available, and the layout of the warehouse is a standard agri-commodity warehouse layout, with around 10000 square metres/50000 cubic metres of space, built on approx. 3 acres of land.
Normally we charge 3000 to 3500 per sq/ft but it will be finalized after your call or meeting according to the area and material. We try to provide the best rates and services to our customer that`s why we have also done many big hotels and houses.
