I would like to know how much famous architect mazhar munir demand for 1 kanal house architecture and construction including modern kitchen and bathrooms? Any idea ? I know this a tricky question as the price will depend upon the work involved but i would like to get a rough idea of his price range.
I must include i have a 1 kanal plot already in islamabad, i just want a designer construction.

For your kind information Mazhar Munir is not an Architect he is an engineer.
Further he is getting as much as he can as he is too busy as our ppls are lakeer ke fakeer.
He will be charges min 5% of the project cost and for construction his price would be not
less than Rs.3500/sq ft.
