First I think you should clear the area plot size is 50*90 and covered area is 5500 sq ft.I can't understand it.
And DSA how can you missed it you have given the rates but the area is not clear.
We have given him rates for contruction and finshing. Area can be different in different design. So it is not really matters as 1 Kanal can be from 5400 to6300 depends on design and stories.

The plot size is 50*90. I intent to have five Bed, D/D, specious kitchen and sitting, store,servant and mumty. This much construction may range from 5300 to 5600 sqft covered area (pi correct me if I am wrong). I require rough estimates for material with cost.

You can calculate on minimum 2200 x 5500 it will be your total cost.
