I have a 10-Marla plot in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase-8 and I need to know the cost of foundation for a double storey house. The plot size is 35x70 (sq ft).

please note : this steel Woking is on the assumption that the plot is dug about 6 feet and boundary walls are bought to the road levels only

(.)excavation ,back fill, level, roller for compaction, and gravel provided by them as well 12 loads only , will cost you around 90 to 100k
(.)termite treatment 10k ( on the basis of 9 ltr chemical used )

labour is not to be paid as when you agree to labour on for example 120/square feet, the base labour comes within .
