Hi everyone,
Next year, i am planning to build a house on my plot in dha rahbar lahore. My plan regarding the cover area is around 3400. Can someone please provide an estimate of construction cost? Also, can someone also give an idea how much it can go higher next year compared to this year.
What if i also want to have a small basement, howmuch will it impact the total cost.
