I have a 10 merla plot in bahria town lahore and want to build double unit 5 bed rooms house. I live in abroad and will come to pakistan in october 2015 for finalising construction work to start. I need a good contractor to build my house. He should have good experience of constructing home in bahria town lahore and need to know all legal formalities. Recently I experienced the during construction of my house in DHA. This contractor market in Pakistan is very fragile, people are illiterate they do not know how to communicate and interact with client, particularly during selection of the contractor I experienced that due to the boost in construction activities, every person has become the contractor, I will personally advice you must select some professional engineers in this regard.
