Construction of house not same as the Map

Salaam aleikoum everyone,

I want to build my own house in Gulshan e Ismael. I passed the Map from the authorities. Due to some reasons, I don t want to build as per the Map structure Is there a problem to build differently (not following the map structure)? Will the the demolition authorities (Tajaawuzaat) destroy ?
I am very worried about that, please I want at least 3 or 4 advices (laws). Thank you. It will be very helpful.

If it is in bahria, you can change in planning department…
If it is in municipal or cantt area, the building officers, will open big mouths to fill in …otherwise they will come & seal it and you will feel incapacitated to sort the issue.
