I want to construct a house in Bahria Phase 4. I need a reliable contractor. Any help? How is this sector for living with respect to school, market etc? Sincere opinions wanted.

What kind of contractor you are searching. Turn Key basis or just labour basis.
I prefer labour basis but who can also help me in purchasing of construction material from trust worthy vendors.
For material purchasing I can tell you all those spots where you can find good material with cheapest rates. Simple go there and purchase.
