I am constructing a commercial building of about 6 marlas.In the bylaws 10 feet wide arcade needs to be built.There are 40 other buildings around mine and no body left even an inch for an arcade.I mean everybody covered it,means turned it in to shop area.
Now when i asked concerened government authority.They say get your map passed exactly according to bylaws and build the plot as you wish meaning cover the arcade.Nobody cares...
Now the dilemma is i want to leave space for 10 feet wide arcade.I mean i want to follow the law.I mean people are so greedy they dont even want to leave an inch..Hell there are so many buildings around mine on projections which is totally wrong i think.I discussed with some people and they said i am a fool if i leave space for arcade.Its just like when 99% people are doing wrong then that wrong becomes right.
Now im in a dilemma
So my question is
Should i leave 10 feet arcade or cover it like others did.In both cases i still have to fill concerned person pocket for the map approval as you know its a norm now irrespective of legal thing or illegal thing.
Follow Bye laws of concerned authority for your safety and piece of mind and do not care what people say or do.By constructing building according to bye laws you will feel satisfied. Corrupt and greedy people violating laws always face worries and i expect they will face penalities and even demolishing of buildings in near future
Just follow the laws and construct accordingly. If you get permission for construction then no need to be worried.
